The Twelve Tribes of Israel were named after Jacob's twelve sons. Our in-house artist's colorful drawing shows the location of each tribe's territory in the Promised Land (except for the tribe of Levy who served in the Holy Temple). Each tribe also had its symbol/flag, all of which are beautifully and vividly depicted on the other side of this unique placemat.
